- Manufacture or distributed ham radios (especially encrypted)
- Manufacture or distribute drugs. (Update: I later looked into this, loneliness is a big challenge for dark web drug dealers.)
- Kidnap a politician or billionaire. Demand information or favours, or if you're really stupid, demand a ransom.
- Create cladestine bioweapons lab and hold the world ransom
- Suppress sex drive using drugs. (Update: I later looked into this, it won't work if you are missing emotional connection.)
- Espionage of nuclear facilities, sell information to govts
- In general, journalism aka espionage of anyone powerful
