- Title should be self-explanatory. Printed an A2 sheet with the words "Free listening ear for your problems", and stood holding it for few hours at a popular public spot.
- I ran this experiment because I had some hope that this might reduce my resentment of society, if let's say, I got to hear other people's problems. Listening to other people's problems is one of the types of conversations (especially with men) that I still get non-zero joy from.
- However, only 2-3 people approached me. [Details of what I discussed with them are private.]
- Task succeeded in the sense that I was able to stand, and nobody removed me. Standing with a poster or distribute flyers at a popular public spot is pretty fucking OP as a strategy, if you want more eyes on literally anything. Converting those eyes into something veluable is harder, however.
