Consider meeting people atleast two days a week

Today was my off day.

I feel so much less neurotic, I think the primary factor is just that I met other humans.
Strongly consider meeting people atleast two days in a week. It doesn't have to be people you know, even attending an event or a talk works, as long as there is some real chance it pays off for your goals (such as meeting people with life missions).
Meeting humans is an ingredient I need to survive, just like sunlight or exercise. Don't substitute it with parasocial interaction on twitter/youtube/movies/etc. Even talking to complete strangers is better than this.

Side note (less important)

Also, I am currently in momentum of actually talking to people instead of running solo introspection loop, maybe consider not losing this momentum. A bunch of notes from solo introspection loop have anyway hit dead ends in terms of theory, you now need practice (for instance, need practice with the skill of moving conversations between type-1 and type-2, need practice with informing people about the political risks of interacting with you, need to put more hours into trying to meet people with life missions by attending events I have listed, messaging more people online, etc)
