1 TB inside a 0.5 gram SD card means you can store 10,000 PB inside a 5 metric tonne payload.
World's largest datacentres are on the order of 10,000 PB, such as NSA Utah datacentre or Google's datacentres spread across North Virginia (??? if I remember correctly)
World's largest ICBMs can deliver 5 metric tonnes. For instance RS-28 Sarmat can carry 10 metric tonnes. It travels at Mach 20 (~25,000 km/h). For reference, US to Europe distance is ~8,000 km, so it can cover this distance in ~20 minutes.
LMFAO now I am actually thinking if this is a good idea in real life. If a country has made a nuclear first strike, you can immediately send copies of all your most important realtime information to multiple bunker locations worldwide via ICBM, before you get annihilated. It's not obvious to me what they will do with all this information, or if they will even be able to read it. (If the nuclear exchange is full not partial, then obviously there will be no datacentres left to read this much data anyway, and after a few years the storage media will fail. If the exchange is partial, then sure they can read it, but I don't know what they will do with it.)
