Northeast indian women are fetishised because of parental control

This feels like one of those very obvious things that is somewhat taboo to say aloud, hence I wanna say it
Main
The obvious reason behind this (atleast to me) is parental control.
If you look at north indian women, only a certain fraction of middle / upper-middle class women are granted freedom by their parents to dress attractively, have multiple sexual experiences, or marry outside their ethnicity. Whereas northeast indian women tend to get this freedom even if they are lower class.
Sexually conservative norms of Christianity and Buddhism (atleast as practised in northeast India) are not as harshly enforced as sexually conservative norms of hinduism or islam in north India.
(I am talking about median person of the population, I am aware both populations have high variance on this, it varies from one state to the next and even from one family to the next.)
Also they have fair skin ofcourse, but I tend to believe the sexual openness thing is far more important than fair skin.
I can relate to this topic because of personal experience (can't elaborate here), but also, this doesn't seem that hard to deduce.
