I failed at scraping Hinge, you probably need to pay a real person to pass FaceTec's face check to scrape it

Main

• Hinge's API has been reverse engineered and there exist alternate clients for it. You don't need a physical mobile phone for registration, you can just an unofficial client pulled off of github. I was successfully able to complete phone registration using hero-sms and email registration using a temporary email provider.
• However, completing 100% profile still did not allow Discover to enable.
• I did not try using a residential proxy using IProyal, you can try it, but my strong guess is even that won't be sufficient.
• You need to pass Hinge Face Check, which is run in the backend by FaceTec.
• FaceTec runs a $600k bounty program so I am guessing (without proof) that using a video-generated by latest AI won't work, and someone else must have already tried this.
• The cheapest option to pass the Face Check AFAIK is to probably find a real person who will pass it for you (preferably someone who otherwise has no reason to use Hinge) and then pay them a small fee to pass it.

I will likely update this writup when I get this system working.
