- Maybe if I had suffered as much as Xi Jinping did, I would literally be in Xi Jinping's shoes right now.
- Being put through terrible situations force you to make moral sacrifices and yet see your choices as the lesser evil. Making moral sacrifices causes you to harden your heart. This then allows you to make bigger moral sacrifices in future.
- I wish my heart was as strong as someone like Xi Jinping. I envy some of the traits of these leaders.
Go back and read the previous notes. You need to do boring shit work (like thiel wrote payment software), not study moral philosophy right now. One of these gets you way more power than the other.
