Let me know if you know a good PG in Bangalore in 30k INR budget

Mandatory criteria

Most important criteria - Large window with lot of sunlight, ideally pointing eastward. Window glazing would be nice so there is not too much heat.
Window big enough that I can open it if required for ventillation
Not too much noise
Clean inside, and atleast average cleanliness outside
Landlord is not nosy as long as you pay on time
Average veg food
Washing machine
Sufficient place to dry clothes, not inside my room, and not open to rain
Walls are painted white, yellow or a similarly dull colour
Location should match certain constraints - Not posting location-related details online for safety reasons, message me to know more

Why?

Money is not really a constraint. I am willing to pay more than what most people are willing to pay for a PG.
Time and attention are a constraint. I don't want to have to maintain a maid or a kitchen, hence why I don't live in a flat. (I also don't want to have to deal with garbage or repairs or other stuff, but like, maid is biggest constraint.) Being reminded of other people's existence pings my attention in a bad way. I also don't want roommates and don't want to delegate the house duties to a roommate. I prefer living alone.
I searched PGs online. There are PGs better than mine, but not sufficiently better that I am excited to either shift or put more effort searching.
