Samuel Shadrach newsletter (issued 2026-07-30)

Hi everyone

If you are new to this newsletter, I strongly recommend starting from the following posts

• Video: I am looking for a cofounder to leak information about the US govt and US AI companies, obtained via cyberattacks, OSINT or other methods - I will pay you $1000 if you refer me to such a person
• Discussion forums for risks from artificial superintelligence
• List of signed petitions on risks from artificial superintelligence
• Reading list on persuasion for anti-ASI movement
• How to support the movement against risks from superintelligence
• You can also browse through my website and figure out what appeals most to you

Concrete work I did over the last month

• App: Mirror of cypherpunks mailing list with improved UX - Cypherpunks mailing list is one of the founding discussion forums on the topics of cryptography, privacy, security, freedom, etc. I asked AI to improve the UX of the archives.
• I am exploring feasibility of using ethereum smart contracts to trustlessly pay insiders in return for leaking information. Would love to work with anyone with expertise in smart contract security
• Made some opsec improvements
• Published video linked above on looking for a cofounder, and published posts linked below

Some additional important posts in the last month

• Important
  • Polymarket question "Will Sam Altman go to jail?" can be used to incentivise insiders who can put Altman in prison - You can still use Polymarket to anonymously pay insiders who can put Dario Amodei in prison
  • List of signed petitions on risks from artificial superintelligence - You can sign these petitions within 30 minutes, if you agree with the cause
  • Should I promise to commit suicide as a protest against ASI? - I am open to feedback
  • Did wikileaks increase govt accountability to the public? - Evidence seems mixed but promising
  • I want a standard spec for publishing multipart files to ethereum blobdata - I backed up my blog to ethereum blobdata, possibly the most censorship-resistant yet affordable storage on the internet. I want ETH ACD people to standardise a spec
