CommonMark can consider adding these features I use on my website

Disclaimer

Some features that are not part of CommonMark that I nevertheless use on my website:

markdown images should support height/width attribute
- Yes, the display which is rendering the markdown should also get some freedom to render in a different size, but atleast the person writing the markdown document should be allowed to suggest a width or height. Some images are unreadable if too small and some waste space if resolved at full resolution.
- I currently often use <img> tags with width attribute inside my markdwon files, instead of markdown-style images (![alt text][link])
make it easier to convert markdown links into html hyperlinks
- I maintain one folder full of markdown files where posts can link to each other in markdown-style ([text](link)). However when I convert this folder full of markdown files into html files (for web browsing), then these links in each file need to be converted to their equivalent links to the html files. I have written custom script because the popular markdown to html convertors don't support this feature.
<summary> html tag
- allows you to create drop downs, which is useful for home pages and navigation pages. I currently just use the html <summary tag
- I am not sure what is the best way of porting this to native markdown, but it might be useful.

All-in-all I am very impressed that I was able to make a website just using markdown, and most of the features came out of the box.
