I know next move for work. (Load "curiosity about ethereum smart contracts" into working memory, and study the MIM exploit and other exploits based on bad floating point implementations - rounding error, precision loss, etc)
I know next moves for hobbies. (Listed in other post.)
I know next moves for dating. (Mostly just focus on hobbies planned, swipe more, continue exercising as usual. If this fails for some more weeks, then I already know I need to go get some video clips of hobbies and post them to the profile.)
If you know all your next moves, why is your brain still endlessly spinning?
I seem consistently focussed on some past problem or some future problem, 24x7, from the moment I wake up to the moment I sleep. If I am not actively engaged in some activity that is. Either it has to be actual work, or actually engaging hobby, or actually engaging conversation, otherwise your brain is constantly spinning.
From the age of 12 till the age of 25, your brain has been constantly spinning. Off button does not exist.
How to invent an off button?
