dumb prompts I notice on other women's hinge profiles
"make a proper coffee"
"sarcastic humour"
"clean shaven, no beard guys"
"you enjoy thrillers"
"gentlemen" - ok this I can still understabd
"books and art" - ok I get this maybe
"keep up with my random bursts of motivation" - ok I appreciate the self-awareness, but also, is this really a dealbreaker?
"you're a feminist" "you don't worship capitalism"
"emotional intelligence, ambition, curiosity, no interest in playing games" - finally a profile I actually like lol these make sense
Also, why is the ratio of hobbies-based prompts to values-based prompts like 3:1? In my head it is obvious that values are more important, your hobbies aren't gonna keep you together 30 years later. And if you don't state your valus upfront on your profile, you're just wasting everyone's time and making it harder for everyone to filter.
What am I missing?
Like, to be clear, there are still a number of good profiles that do mention values and more core stuff. But the ratio is bad.
I guess I should not crib about the ratio, I should just aim for the minority of women who actually know what they want out of life? Seems true
