Recent cute things in my life
Disclaimer
- personal
- target audience - strictly myself
Meta note
- Pros of such posts
- Good to balance all the unhappy posts with a happy post too, to remind myself that I do in fact still experience happiness. Otherwise looking at my notes gives me a false impression of how I am doing
- Cons of such posts
- Privacy issues. Always unsure how much to anonymise versus not
- Usually when I'm having fun, often with people, I don't really feel like documenting it. But when I'm unhappy and in problem-fixing mode, then I want 4K UHD resolution description of the problem documented.
Main
- (Anonymised significantly)
- Exchanged cute gifts with a friend
- Met someone who was passionate about same hobby for ~20 years - I liked meeting someone like this
- Asked someone out. Didn't get her number but I think it made her happy briefly, so I'm happy
- Made impromptu plan with a friend which I enjoyed
