Why Email?

• If you think I can help you or you can help me, please drop a mail.
• Keep it simple and direct.
• I like calls more than texts when we have a lot to say.
• If you want detailed input, write a short note with your key points, attach it, and then ask for a call.
• If I do not reply, you can donate a bit and show me proof. That might work.

Why Not Worry?

• I do not mind spam. In the worst case, I might not answer.
• It takes little time to write a short mail, so do not fret.
• I can spend an hour on a call to help. Some folks may help me back later.
• It does not matter if we have met or not, or if it is personal or work stuff. It just needs to add some value.
• Even if you want to point out faults or blame me, that might help me grow.

In Person

• First, let us chat over voice or video. If that goes well, we can meet face to face.

Security

• I cannot promise strict secrecy. A smart attacker could hack my devices or ask me in person.
• If you need high-level privacy, use a SecureDrop server or meet a news person who works with SecureDrop.
