Use AI with my website

Here are ways to use AI when you browse my site. The folder /raw/ has all the files (text, images, audio). If the raw files are there, AI can do many things with them (like shorten, simplify, style, or translate).

I know some of these AI steps might be hard now. I will try to make them better when I have time.

Audio/Video

Location:

These clips use OpenAI DALLE-3 for images and ElevenLabs for voice. They might have errors or old info. You can also make them yourself with AI.

Search

Location:
/raw/misc/english_singlepage_{date}.md

To search my site, copy-paste all the text from that file into an AI chat. Then ask any question about my content. I put my whole site in one page for easy copy-paste.

Simplified English

Location:
/raw/english_simplified_ai_generated_{date}

This is a simpler version of the site. Made by AI. It might have errors or be old. You can also make your own version with AI.

Translation

Location:
/raw/हिंदी_अनुवाद_ai_generated_{date}

This is a Hindi version of the site. Made by OpenAI GPT4. It might have errors or be old. You can also make your own version with AI.

Styling

If you don’t like how the site looks (font, size, spacing), do this:

Give the AI the current CSS and current HTML. Ask it for a new CSS with your style.
Put that new CSS file on a public link (like Google Drive).
Paste that link in the form at the bottom of my page. It will stay for your session.

Note: My default CSS and JS were also made by AI, so yours might not be worse.

Full stack

If you want more complex steps (like many tasks at once), download the tarball. Then ask AI to build a bash script with all the steps you want.

Future features

I don’t want to run a big backend or manage user payments. I also don’t see why these features need me to host them.

I’m most interested in:

A WebRTC client that connects to OpenAI’s real-time voice API, with my text as context.
A better payment system where OpenAI collects money from users and gives them short-term API keys. Then no server is needed from me. Maybe laws stop them from doing this.

More cool ideas:

Let OpenAI crawl my site directly instead of using a single-page file. (They don’t do it yet, maybe for legal reasons.)
Let the browser add AI-based changes like translation or new CSS. Maybe a browser add-on could do this.
